Our candidates are given an option to choose between the available two routes. The following are the available routes and the available options:

In route 1 the candidate first needs to clear Cisco voice over the IP or CVOICE and Cisco Voice over fundamentals of IP or CVF or the code 642-436 CVOICE, Implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager or CIPT1 - part 1 or the code 642-446 CIPT1.

Then the Quality if Service or QOS or the code 642-642 QOS, Implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager or CIPT2 - part 2 or the code 642-456 CIPT2 and Troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communication systems or TUC or the code 642-426 TUC.

In route 2 you need to address Cisco voice over the IP or CVOICE updated to version 5 or Cisco voice over fundamentals of IP or CVF updated to version 6 or the code 642-436 CVOICE and Cisco voice over fundamentals of IP version 1, Quality of service or QOS or the code 642-642 QOS, Troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communication systems or TUC or 642-426 TUC, Cisco IP telephony- part1 or CIPT1 and the Cisco IP telephony- part 2 or the code 642-444 CIPT and Implementation of Cisco voice gatekeepers as well as gateways GWGK or the code 642-453 GWGK. Along with CCVP comes the ability to acquire the required knowledge and the skills in order to integrate the network architectures. We enable our candidates to acquire the necessary skills in operating, configuring, troubleshooting and implementing the IP network.
